Olivier Kouami

Olivier Kouami is the President and CEO of the very first NGO named INTIC4DEV (Institut des technologies de l’Information et de la Communication POUR le Developpement) officially created in january 2004 and specialized for ICT promotion in Togo. Graduated with university degrees and Certificates in various ICT fields, Mr Kouami is a Consultant an trainer. He is teaching at IAI-Togo (Institut Africain d’Informatique), at IAEC (Institut Africain d’Administration et d’Etudes Commerciales) and also at University of Lome (Faculty des Sciences Economiques et de Gestion FASEG). He is also a co-founder and member of executive bureau of Togo National Linux User Group (ATULL) and Togo ICT professionals Association (ESTETIC).
Over 30 years experiences in IT field. He has served in public and private sectors also as a notional United Nations Volunteer. Lecturer for public and private universities. As a civil Society actor, I'm a member of ISOC, ICANN Community (NPOC, NCUC, NCSG and ALAC/AfRALO). Actualy Manager of a private enterprise named LE FA DE LA TRRANGA in Sénégal and CTO on charge of FOSSFA (Free and Open.Source Software Foundation for Africa). I'm the national WSA Expert for Togo since it Inception in year 2003.
