Shanay Gulusoy is an enthusiastic international project manager who combines strong interpersonal skills and a highly motivated business approach gained over collaboration with range of international and local organizations. Also specialized in strategic research & planning towards application of innovation into public service sector and digitalization of government services.

Along with lecturing the subject of strategy, organization and innovation for MBA students, currently, I focused on personal development in the fields of e-governance concepts, digitalization of public services, smart city initiatives, application perspectives of fast moving technologies (Big DATA and AI, predictive government) into public services management, public capacity building on digital skills and social innovation projects & ventures both in local and global level.
