FROM TALKING BOTS TO POCKET SIZED AED's - THE AUSTRIAN INNOVERS GO TO THE INTERNATIONAL RACES FOR THE WORLD SUMMIT AWARD
The eight winning projects of the WSA Austria 2017 were awarded at the Digital Days, an event of the Digita City Vienna, on Thursday, September 22 . State Secretary Muna Dudzdar and CIO of the City of Vienna, Ulrike Huemer, presented the awards to the winners together with Tanja Whesely.
The 8 winning projects, such as the CapitoAPP, a tool that enables barrier-free communication, or Indoo.rs, a positioning solution for interior spaces, show how digitization and technical innovation from Austria generate social value.

Together with the national winners from over 90 countries, the Austrian winners of the WSA Austria are now entering the race for the international World Summit Award.
The 40 winners of the World Summit Award will be awarded in March 2018 at the WSA Global Congress, which will be held for the first time in Vienna.
