Neeti Virmani is an accomplished business leader and strategist with a proven track record of driving business performance across diverse sectors, including Telecom, FMCG, Media & Entertainment, and mass consumer-focused brands such as Airtel, Pepsi, Aircel, and Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd (92.7 BIG FM).

She has held senior leadership roles, bringing expertise in general management, strategic planning, P&L management, business transformation, and building high-performing teams across multi-cultural, multi-locational, and cross-functional environments.

Neeti has a strong track record of building and scaling businesses, leading them through stages of growth and innovation, and achieving significant revenue and market share milestones.

Drawing from her extensive intrapreneurial experience in corporates, she now mentors start-ups across various sectors, including Fintech, Education, Sports, Travel, and Healthcare, helping them shape and scale their ideas into successful businesses. She currently serves as an advisor with Loyal VC, Canada, and as a global expert with Blockchain Founders' Fund, Singapore. Neeti is also the national expert for the South Korean Chapter and a jury member for the UN-supported World Summit Awards, Vienna. She has been a mentor at the Global Startup Lab in South Korea.

As a member of the "Power Women of India" movement, Neeti stands alongside other senior female leaders to foster an ecosystem that supports women in reaching their full leadership potential. She is a board member of the Expat Professional Business Women Network (EPBWN) in South Korea and also serves as a board member of the Foreign Advisory Board (FAB) under the aegis of the local Incheon Government in Songdo, Incheon. In her role with FAB, she is responsible for integrating expats into the local community while ensuring their overall well-being.

Neeti also served on the board of the Seoul International Women’s Association (SIWA) for two years, where she successfully led pioneering initiatives, including philanthropy programs focused on promoting developmental changes in the education sector in South Korea.

In July 2015, Neeti completed the Leadership, Strategy, and General Management Program (ILPSE) at INSEAD, conducted over one year in Fontainebleau and Singapore. She holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.

Neeti draws her energy from yoga and believes in maintaining a healthy, well-balanced life. She is a technology enthusiast, an occasional blogger, and enjoys traveling, biking, adventure sports, photography, reading, and music.

Fluent in English and Hindi, Neeti is currently studying Korean and has qualified at Level II of the TOPIK certification for language proficiency.
