Yorgui is a designer and UI expert. He graduated from Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts (ALBA) with a degree in architecture and has been using his skills for education. He is currently working with the Lebanese Alternative Learning (LAL), an NGO that is expert in developing e-learning content and offline digital solutions.

Yorgui’s project, DrosBox, is a pocket-sized server that aims to give Organisations and Educational Institutions the necessary tools to create, curate, and deliver content anywhere, anytime. It provides vulnerable communities with quality education. It got funded by the MIT Refugee Learning Accelerator and won the WSA 2018 the was held in Cascais in the category “inclusion and empowerment”

Yorgui believes that only through education will we be able to make a change in the world.
