Eda Mushe is a highly motivated professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for continuous learning. She currently works as a Product Manager at Valtech.

Eda began her journey with Makedonski Telekom during her university studies, as part of the Digital Talents Program. In this role, she was actively involved as a project manager on various initiatives focused on brand awareness and the improvement of internal processes. Her current work primarily centres on enhancing the Telekom MK application, a platform that enables customers to manage all telecommunication services and products.

Before joining Makedonski Telekom, Eda gained experience in the marketing departments of several local companies. She also attended a variety of professional courses and completed internships, exploring different opportunities to find the best fit for her skills and interests.

Eda Mushe holds a Bachelor's degree in E-business from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.

Since 2017, she has been actively involved with the European Youth Award (EYA), where she serves as an official Ambassador and participates as a coach and jury member across different segments of the festival.
