Utenwo-ojo Abraham is a part 5 student studying Aquaculture at the University of Ilorin. She is a product designer driven by a passion for solving user's problems and creating exceptional user experiences. She currently works as a creative designer at Vennroad, a US based financial advisory company. Formerly an intern at Sterling Bank, HQ.
Beyond her work in product design, she is deeply passionate about community building, recognizing the power of collective collaboration in driving positive change. She currently leads the community-building efforts for Ingressive for Good at the University of Ilorin. (I4G Unilorin) A community of tech enthusiasts and professionals passionate about learning and leveraging opportunities.
Utenwo-ojo also possesses a strong commitment to social impact. She's the co-founder of Forgewave, a social enterprise focused on empowering young people to build sustainable livelihoods and careers while creating positive impacts in their communities. She understands the importance of leveraging her skills and resources to advocate for the greater good. With an unwavering belief in the SDGs, she actively promotes initiatives that address global causes such as zero poverty, quality education, and decent work & economic growth.
She was a 2021 Tell! African fellow, a 2022 Bridge Program fellow, and she's currently a global youth ambassador at Echo Change, where she echoes her voice of change alongside other world changemakers.
