Rosalía Benítez is committed to technology and education, with a strong background in coordinating projects and developing technology ecosystems. She currently leads the Mini Bootcamp at Programando Paraguay, where she empowers young people, particularly women, to acquire programming skills and engage with the tech industry.

Rosalía is also an active advocate for gender equity in technology through her involvement with Girls Code. Additionally, she collaborates with WillDom as Ecosystem Coordinator, focusing on cultivating and nurturing tech talent across the region. She is dedicated to creating opportunities that transform lives and strengthen communities.
