Petronela Ďureková is currently serving as an Assistant Project Officer at the Economic Governance Unit of the Office of the Co-ordinator of OSCE Economic and Environmental Activities. Previously, she held the position of Head of the Foreign Affairs Unit and Head of the Representation Office of the Trnava Self-Government in Brussels, where she was responsible for coordinating all external cooperation, activities, and projects.
Before this, Petronela worked at the European Commission Delegation to the Slovak Republic in the Phare/ISPA Department. With over 20 years of project management experience, she has held various project and programme-oriented roles focused on combating terrorism, corruption, and money laundering, as well as addressing issues related to human trafficking and the economic empowerment of women and youth.
Petronela holds a Master’s degree in Social Science and a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy of Economic Subjects. She is fluent in Slovak, Czech, and English, with limited proficiency in German and Russian. Additionally, she is an ICF-certified coach.
