The Poverty Stoplight addresses multidimensional poverty by providing a visual self-assessment tool that helps families identify their specific challenges across six key areas: income, education, health, housing, organization, and environment. This empowers individuals to diagnose their needs and create personalized improvement plans.

It improves the lives of families in poverty by enabling targeted interventions and benefits organizations and governments by providing real-time data for better resource allocation. In Paraguay, where deep social inequalities and limited resources exist, the tool’s community-centred approach fosters local involvement and sustainable poverty reduction.
