Shared Challenges, Collective Wisdom

Across the WSA community — from Uganda to Uruguay, from rural villages to urban hubs — social entrepreneurs face remarkably similar challenges: balancing purpose and profit, sustaining their ventures with limited resources, and staying mentally healthy in the face of constant pressure.

This space is built on peer-to-peer learning. It’s not top-down advice, but real insights from WSA alumni walking the same path. By sharing knowledge, asking for help, and supporting each other, we build something stronger than individual success: a global community of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Supported by FFG’s Impact Innovation Program, WSA facilitated numerous peer2peer exchange meetings and asked our winners about their shared challenges and lessons learned.
