Jacek Korzeniak is an experienced project manager specialising in EU-funded initiatives, entrepreneurship, and competence development. He currently oversees a portfolio of over 30 projects valued at more than PLN 70 million, including a PLN 10 million Loan Fund and the Unicorn Hub Starting Platform, which has attracted applications from over 1,000 startups.
He has authored successful funding applications for over 50 projects, including several in transnational cooperation, focused on building skills for the future workforce. Jacek has served as an expert in multiple international teams developing simulation tools and competence assessment platforms, such as Le@d3.0 Academy, ComPM, and Self Check.
As a long-time evaluator, he reviews business plans, loan applications, and startup proposals, particularly within incubation and internationalisation programs like Polish Technological Bridges. Since 2010, he has trained diverse groups—including students, educators, and adults—in the use of simulation companies for entrepreneurship education. He also lectures at WSEI University in Lublin on topics such as project management, business creation, and funding sources.
Privately, he is a husband, father of two, avid traveller, and amateur marathon runner.
