Łukasz Kamiński is the Founder and CEO of Waste24 Sp. z o.o., established in 2021 after his 15-year career as a logistics manager at PUM Sp. z o.o. Together with co-founder Mateusz Gawin and backing from EEC Magenta fund, he has rapidly transformed Waste24 from a Polish startup into an expanding European enterprise.

Guided by the principle "technology for environmental care," Waste24 offers innovative solutions including eMarket platforms (Smieci.eu, WcMarkt.de, WCMarket.cz), SaaS solutions for waste management companies, and Smart City applications that reduce carbon footprints through optimised logistics.

Kamiński's leadership has earned Waste24 impressive recognition, including the WSA European Young Innovator Award 2024 for achievements in UN Sustainable Development Goals, Executive Summit 2024's "Innovative Management" award, and inclusion in the "Sifted 250: Europe" ranking of fastest-growing startups.

What began in Poland has expanded to Germany through Waste24 GmbH and the Czech Republic, with plans for Hungarian market entry in 2025 as part of the Startup HUB: Poland Booster acceleration program.

Kamiński has aligned Waste24's operations with UN Sustainable Development Goals, creating services that reduce emissions, improve waste segregation, and promote transparency through blockchain integration.
