Angella T.R. Karashani is a marketing, media, and project management professional with over 13 years of experience leading strategic initiatives that bridge technology, gender, and community development. She currently serves as the programme manager for the infrastructure portfolio at the British High Commission, overseeing projects that promote inclusive and sustainable growth in Tanzania.

Previously, Angella was the Director of Programs and Operations at The Launchpad Tanzania, an NGO empowering women and youth through digital transformation and entrepreneurship. Her work focused on advancing digital literacy, fostering safe online spaces for women, and supporting impact-driven startups across the country.
