Carolina Hedman is an award-winning deep-tech entrepreneur and international innovation executive with over 10 years of experience building ventures at the intersection of AI, climate technology, agrifood systems, and immersive technologies. As Founder and CEO of Globalyx AB (Sweden), she translates complex innovation into scalable, human-centered solutions across Europe, Latin America, and global multilateral ecosystems including the UN, UNFCCC, UNIDO, and the European Innovation Council (EIC).

She created the Climate Living Lab – From Seed to Shift, listed on the UNFCCC NAZCA Portal and active in 15 countries. She also founded Harvverse, a tokenized climate-finance ecosystem, and designed the BAMi Social Token for Banco de Alimentos de Morelos, to advance food security and financial inclusion.

She serves as President of VRARA Sweden, Country Director of Women in Tech Sweden, and Expert Member of the CTCN and AIFOD (UN initiatives).

Her work has earned international recognition including the UNEP Award (Fiji), Top 100 Global Prototypes at Prototypes for Humanity Dubai (2025), INTEC Smart Agrifood 2025, and the European AI / BioROMES Award for Agrobots (2025).
