Mr. Sath Sovireak is a prominent startup ecosystem enabler and the Startup Program Manager at the Techo Startup Center (TSC), under Cambodia's Ministry of Economy and Finance. He leads national accelerator curriculums and strategic initiatives designed to drive early-stage venture development and foster regional ecosystem partnerships across ASEAN markets.

A tech entrepreneur at heart, Sovireak previously co-founded and led a chatbot technology startup that successfully secured investments and commercial collaborations with Japanese firms. He holds a first-class honors Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from the Kirirom Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Global Innovation Management to further champion sustainable innovation models. Recognized globally and regionally, his achievements include being named a Top 5 Global Student Entrepreneur by EO GSEA Cambodia and serving on the WSA Cambodia National Committee since 2024.
