Introducing you the mPreneur Book of Inspiration and Toolkit for Young Social Innovators
We are happy to introduce you to the mPreneur Book of Inspiration and Toolkit for Young Social Innovators and Entrepreneurs. mPreneur is a Erasmus+ project with partner organizations from Europe, Asia and Africa.
Together with the mPreneur project partners we created a toolkit to support young digital social entrepreneurs. This toolkit offers comprehensive resources, guidance, and practical tips to empower and equip young aspiring entrepreneurs to develop sustainable innovative mobile solutions for community challenges. The ultimate goal of the toolkit is to empower young entrepreneurs to make a positive impact on their communities through mobile entrepreneurship while embracing sustainability and social awareness.
Young innovators and social entrepreneurs often face unique challenges on their path to making a positive impact. These challenges include limited access to resources, lack of mentorship, and navigating complex regulatory environments. Consequently, many potentially transformative ideas remain unrealized, and young individuals may feel discouraged.
To address these barriers, a toolkit specifically tailored to the needs of young innovators and social entrepreneurs can play a pivotal role. It provides essential guidance, resources, and a structured approach to help them develop, refine, and scale their projects. This toolkit can be a game-changer in nurturing a new generation of change-makers.
WSA's Contribution to the mPreneur Program
WSA has been an active contributor to the mPreneur program, playing a vital role by providing international experts who served as esteemed jury members and dedicated mentors. The mPreneurs themselves had the opportunity to be an integral part of the European Young Innovators festival. During this event, they not only showcased their innovative projects but also actively engaged in capacity-building workshops, fostering their skills and knowledge. Moreover, they seized the chance to connect with the extensive global WSA community, expanding their horizons and networking with like-minded innovators. The pinnacle of their journey was the award ceremony held in Graz, where the outstanding winning projects received well-deserved recognition.
