Archie Forpoh is a social entrepreneur, STEM Education Advocate, and the founder of Innoignite, a non-profit organization youth network advancing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics – STEM Education in underserved communities to diversify the next generation of change-makers innovating for social good. He is a STEM credential holder directory by STEM.org as a Master STEM Trainer.

 

As a TME Education and a Next Einstein Forum Ambassador in Liberia, he actively promotes and popularizes electronics, technology-related knowledge, and science in regions where access to proper training is limited. Through these roles, he is connecting science, society, and policy, aiming to leverage science for human development globally.

 

Henceforth, as a partner of those international organizations he developed STEM activities through STEM curriculum and resources for schools and communities kids in Liberia, He has impacted over 6000 plus minorities youth and students across our country.

 

Meanwhile, his current project “Tech for High School initiative” is setting up Computer labs in high schools starting with Matilda Newport Junior High School, teaching over 800 students and teachers computer skills, fostering entrepreneurship and coding. He envisions bringing Liberia to the global forefront in talent development and economic growth while enhancing STEM literacy.

 

Archie Forpoh's outstanding contributions have earned him numerous awards and honors, among are: Impact Champion by Letter to the Stranger – 2023, In 2023 Falling Walls Foundation recognized his current project (Tech for High School initiative) as one of the top 20 winners in the Science Engagement Category. In 2023 top ten finalists of the Momo Heroes of Change award which has over 6000 nominees organized by Lonestar Cell MTN. In 2023 Falling Walls Engage recognized his current project (Tech for High School initiative) as one of the top 50 projects in the Science Engagement Category. 2023 one of the four Accountaprenuers at the Accountability Lab Incubator. - Rehab Africa recognized him as one of the three distinguished “Impact Champions” in Liberia in 2023. - In 2022 Falling Walls Engage recognized his project (After School Enrichment Program) as one of the top 50 projects in the Science Engagement Category – -, He has been recognized as one of the top ten Social Change Makers in Africa by the organizers of the African Youth Leadership and Entrepreneurship Conference – AYLEC – 2022.

 

He is a keen lover of education, innovation, and technology. He is also interested in community volunteerism, issues of inclusion, and advocacy characterized by gender mainstreaming and the rule of law as well as a prolific ICT programming adjunct.
