He currently leads the national startup acceleration initiative in Bangladesh, empowering early-stage founders through capacity building, mentorship, and investment readiness. Arif previously served as Director at Intelliva and IQRA Consortium, and has co-founded ventures in both the nonprofit and tech sectors. With a strong foundation in economics, accounting, and innovation policy, he has advised 800+ startups across diverse industries. Arif holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Memorial University of Newfoundland and several certifications in data and financial systems.
