Aura Cifuentes is a global Public Innovation, Digital Transformation, and Open Government leader with over eight years of experience in senior management roles in government, academia, and the private sector. As Colombia's former Digital Government Director, Aura has been a driving force behind many governmental initiatives aiming to foster the modernization of the public sector. She previously served as Director of Colombia's Observatory of Transparency and Anticorruption and on the Public Innovation Team of the National Planning Department. She has been recognized as one of "the 31 influential young women in Colombian politics" by Konrad Adenauer and the Wom-en Foundations. Also, Apolitical and the WEF appointed her as one of the 50 most influential disruptive leaders in the world, thanks to her work during the pandemic. Aura holds a B.A. in Government and International Relations from Externado University and a master's in Public Affairs from Sciences Po Paris.
