Ayesha is the Senior Parliamentary Adviser for England's healthcare regulator, the Care Quality Commission. In this role, she combines her knowledge of political advocacy with better healthcare outcomes for individuals, including through the use of digital innovations to health and social care needs. Ayesha is also the trustee of an intercultural charity, Encompass, set up in response to the 2002 Bali bombing. In this role she advises on youth activism and greater dialogue across conflict communities in the Middle East.
