With a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Azerbaijan University of Languages and a Master of Arts degree in Conflict Resolution from Khazar University in Azerbaijan, my academic journey has led me to specialize in the impact of digital transformation on international relations. I take pride in my role as an AI4Gov Ambassador, having graduated from the inaugural cohort of the Master of Science in AI in Public Services program, jointly offered by Madrid Polytechnic and Milan Polytechnic University. I possess over 6 years of experience in the field of digital transformation and currently hold the position of Head of the Analysis and Monitoring department at C4IR Azerbaijan, a division under the Ministry of Economy. My core focus is on utilizing emerging technologies to strengthen international cooperation, enhance global security, and effectively address real-world issues.
