Caroline is the current Country Manager of AIESEC in Austria, the largest youth-run organization developing leadership in young people through cross-cultural experiences. She has been volunteering at AIESEC since 2015 and is part of the National Board since 2018 where she gained experience in project management, managing intercultural teams and sales.
Studying at the University of Life Sciences (BOKU) in Vienna she has gained profound knowledge in sustainability. Caroline’s passion of NGO management also led her to apply this knowledge and act upon global issues through working for CISV since 2014 and being involved in the project “Start & Grow” as a trainer with the UNIDO in 2017.
