For 16 years, Casper helped shape transformative learning experiences for partners of LEGO Education and the LEGO Foundation, working across cultures and leading global workshops, events, and trainer networks.

His work has spanned workshop design, change facilitation, certification development, and communicating Learning through Play worldwide.
