Catalin is currently an Associate within the Entrepreneur Experience department of Endeavor, a global community that supports high-impact entrepreneurs from emerging markets. Previously, he has been the president of Interact Club, an international NGO for students that organizes various initiatives for the youth community, as well as humanitarian initiatives. Before Endeavor, Catalin gathered work experience at HP, as an internal auditor performing in-depth inspection on international customers, as well as B2C & B2B contracts audit;

The desire to be close to the business ecosystem came after winning a BootCamp organised by the Entrepreneurship Academy in Bucharest. It is worth mentioning that He has spent one year in Japan, in a cultural exchange program, and an Erasmus semester in Amsterdam while in University. He has a BA Degree in International Business and Economics from ASE Bucharest and Masters Degree in Business Administration.
