Celina Pereira is the Deputy Secretary for State Transformation at Brazil’s Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services.
A public management official since 2008, she has served in several ministries — including Education, Justice, Economy, and the Presidential Office — as well as in the Government of Minas Gerais and the Municipality of São Paulo.
She holds a Master’s and a PhD in Political Science from the University of Brasília, and degrees in Law and Public Administration. Celina currently coordinates the expert commission responsible for revising Decree-Law 200/1967, a foundational framework of Brazil’s public administration.
