At HPI School of Design Thinking Charlotte is responsible for project development and focused on identifying project partners who have exciting challenges that can be approached by D-School students. Before joining the D-School team, she worked as project manager in Austria with ICNM organizing the World Summit Youth Award, and in Egypt as head of the public relations department and business development manager with an Egyptian communications agency. Previously, she represented the Middle East office of Marburg University with the German Academic Exchange Office Cairo.

Besides her employment at HPI, Charlotte is supporting in her free time the German NGO Flüchtlingspaten Syrien e.V., an organization helping reunite Syrian refugee families.
