Christella Uwamahoro is currently a Project Manager at Rwanda ICT Chamber and the head of Innovation Finance at LEAPR Labs.

Over the past 4 years,she has been working in the Rwandan Innovation and Technology ecosystem, designing and implementing digital innovation projects and programs to support technology startups.

She holds a Bachelor's of Information Science and a Master of Science in Project Management from Mount Kenya University and the University of Kigali.
