Daniel is an award winning youth activist. He is passionate about using technology and data to enhance HR practices and outcomes, as well as promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. He has skills in HR business partnering, payroll administration, people analytics, soft skills training, and graphic design. He has a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on advanced AI and the future of automation at Nexford University. Daniel is also a young active citizen who has been recognized and awarded by various organizations for his contributions to youth development, good governance, capacity building, and environmental sustainability. He is the founder of two youth-led initiatives, TAD and Empowered Youth, and a member of several networks and movements that advocate for social change and innovation. He has published multiple articles on topics such as climate change, ethics, and sustainability.
