Daniela Elster Rifo is a regenerative practitioner and mentor passionate about weaving regenerative development into entrepreneurship and organizational change, with extensive experience supporting innovation within startups, national entrepreneurial ecosystems, and organizational transformation. She has collaborated with the National Association of Entrepreneurs in Chile and, over the past years, working at The League of Intrapreneurs, fostering intrapreneurship and systemic innovation across diverse sectors. A certified regenerative practitioner from Regenesis Institute, Daniela integrates regenerative principles into every space she engages with. For the past four years, she has mentored female entrepreneurs through The Break Fellowship, applying a regenerative approach to business development and leadership. Daniela holds a Master’s in Sustainable Development from the University of Barcelona and actively collaborates on sustainability initiatives, including Biotonomy, advancing regenerative practices in entrepreneurship and innovation.
