Since 2016, she is Managing Partner and Co-founder of Innovsky, an Innovation Management consulting company focused on helping organizations achieve results from their innovation efforts, transforming opportunities into business value.
 
Delfina has a long experience on the Software Industry, as Senior Consultant, Business Analyst, Project Manager and Test Manager.
 
She is graduated in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, with post-graduation degrees in Management and in Design Thinking for Business Innovation. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and also a certified Software Agile Tester.
