Etibar Mikayilov is a Ph.D. candidate in Mechanical and Management Engineering at Politecnico di Bari, Italy. He earned his bachelor's degree in chemical engineering with honors from Baku State University and a master's degree in petroleum engineering in Italy. He received an award from the President of Italy for his outstanding academic achievements. Etibar is a recipient of various scholarships and has extensive project management and research experience in Turkiye, Iceland, and Estonia.
He has successfully managed 18 projects, covering areas such as digitalization, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, augmented reality, energy transition, and electric vehicle batteries. He continues to manage projects today. Etibar is also a Trainer of Trainers and holds titles like Climate Leader Fellow, Student Energy Fellow, McKinsey Fellow, and Echo Change Ambassador. He is a member of global organizations, including the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists, Greenhouse Gas Management Institute, and the Association for Project Management. His story embodies a commitment to education, research, and environmental progress in these diverse project areas.
