Ghadeer is an Entrepreneur and a startup owner, she has started BrailleBoard with a team of 3 other females. BrailleBoard is an Android keyboard for the blinds and visually impaired people which allows them to type on their smartphones using Braille language. Ghadeer has a bachelor degree in Software Development and she has worked as Teaching Assistant in the Islamic University of Gaza.
She is a TechWomen Emerging Leader and Fellow for the year of 2016, she is also volunteering with ArabWIC (Arab Women in Computing) as Palestine Chapter's Vice President. In additional to that, she is an organizer at GDG Gaza (Google Developers Group) and a member of Google's Women Techmakers.
