Gonzalo Castellanos is a consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in the Competitiveness, Technology, and Innovation division, based in La Paz, Bolivia. Before joining the IDB, Gonzalo worked as a senior consultant at Technopolis Group. He has over 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating projects and policies to promote innovation and digital entrepreneurship across various countries in the LAC region.

As a lifelong advocate for Bolivia's entrepreneurial ecosystem, Gonzalo has led the creation of startups, managed startup accelerators, and worked with local governments to foster entrepreneurship.

Gonzalo is an economist with a Master's degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Management from the University of Manchester (UK) and has received executive training in competitiveness and global leadership at Georgetown University (USA). He is fluent in Spanish and English.
