Indika De Zoysa is a seasoned, dynamic, and results-oriented professional with 30 years of rich experience in Digital, ICT solutions, marketing, innovation, development, integration, and market development with prestigious organizations.

Indika is currently the Strategic Adviser / Vice President at Huawei Technologies Lanka Co. (Pvt) Ltd. In this role, he is responsible for strategic and policy initiatives across all business units of Huawei Sri Lanka. Prior to this, he led the Enterprise Business Group at Huawei Sri Lanka. Before joining Huawei, Indika served as a Senior Consultant at the ICT Agency of Sri Lanka (ICTA), where he was responsible for leading a team of managers and staff to drive the country’s vision of “Transforming Sri Lanka towards a Creative Knowledge-Based Society through digitally empowered citizens.”

Indika spent 15 years at Intel Corporation as the Country Business Manager for Sri Lanka. During this time, he was responsible for executing all Intel programs, driving sales of Intel products, and promoting new technologies. In addition to these core responsibilities, he maintained relationships with the Sri Lankan government and relevant authorities. Before his time at Intel, Indika worked as a Product Manager at Hemas Pharmaceuticals.

Currently, Indika serves as a member of the Presidential Task Force on Digital Economy and Education Transformation. He is also a member of the Standing Committee on Accreditation & Quality Assurance for the Higher Education Sector in Sri Lanka.

Indika holds leadership roles in several industry organizations. He is the Chairman of the Federation of Information Technology Industry Sri Lanka (FITIS), Vice Chairman of the ICT Skills Council of Sri Lanka, a Council member of the Computer Society of Sri Lanka, a Board member of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce (CCC), and a Board member of the LK Domain Registry for Sri Lanka.

A past student of Dharmaraja College Kandy, Indika was an accomplished sportsman during his school years, representing Rugby, Hockey, Cricket, Athletics, and Table Tennis. He won college colors in Rugby and Hockey and also served as a prefect and deputy house captain.

Indika De Zoysa holds a qualification in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and an MBA from SMC University in Switzerland. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at the University of Kelaniya.
