I am a systems lead and intrapreneur at the Innovation and Investment Team of The Southern Initiative- Auckland Council, a premiere social innovation agency in Australasia.

I lead the design and development of digital equity, future-focused education, and tech-enabled impact programmes. I help partners and collaborators build capability and capacity, amplify ecosystems, and grow social infrastructure through social venture creation, prototype design, investment programming, procurement, and data analytics and evaluation.

I am passionate about creating positive social outcomes and empowering communities through technology and innovation. I'm interested in the intersections of human-centred design, futures thinking, complexity concepts, indigenous approaches, systems thinking, and AI for impact.
