Joseph Jawah Kebbie is a software architect and technology entrepreneur focused on building digital infrastructure for emerging markets. He has led the design, development, deployment, and management of solutions across FinTech, GovTech, mobility, and AI-driven systems that enhance efficiency, transparency, and inclusion.
His work spans national digital transformation initiatives in Sierra Leone, including government platforms, payments infrastructure, and multi-stakeholder enterprise systems.
Joseph was featured in the Global Exchange Entrepreneurs Network (GEEN) 2025 Impact Report, presented to the U.S. Department of State, recognizing his contributions to digital infrastructure and innovation in Sierra Leone. GEEN is a founder-led community of U.S. government-sponsored international exchange alumni building businesses that bridge countries, create jobs, and translate global experience into local economic growth. He has also received multiple awards and recognitions from the U.S. Department of State and the Government of Sierra Leone for his leadership, technology contributions, and community impact.
Passionate about ecosystem growth, he has championed STEM and entrepreneurship initiatives that empower young people- particularly girls - through programs supported by the U.S. Embassy in Sierra Leone, expanding access to technology and innovation pathways.
Joseph plays an important role in WSA’s community in Sierra Leone.
