Lena has been part of the Austrian startup ecosystem for many years. She has experience in venture building, startup operations and financing. After a long time at Trive studio and in small companies, she is now part of the strategy team at ÖBB. In her previous position at Female Founders, she designed and operated one of Europe's top 8 accelerators for various founding teams. Lena is also a member of the Global Shapers Hub at the WEF in Vienna.
