Lilit Shakhulyan is Co founder and Chief Operating Officer of Safe YOU, where she leads operations, partnerships, and international expansion of the platform across multiple countries. She works closely with governments, UN agencies, civil society organizations, and technology partners to advance digital solutions addressing gender based violence and strengthening coordinated response systems. With a background in legal consulting in the IT sector, she brings expertise in governance, partnerships, and scaling mission driven technology initiatives.

In 2024, Lilit represented Safe YOU at the World Summit Awards, where the platform became a WSA Global Champion in the Inclusion and Empowerment category. She later joined the WSA community as a Grand Jury member, contributing to the evaluation and promotion of impactful digital innovations worldwide.
