Lucia Ruvarashe Ndanga is a brilliant, eccentric as well as dynamic woman whose 5+ years expertise includes sexual reproductive health, girl empowerment advocacy, meaningful youth participation and governance. These have been applied working for NGOs including Justice Defenders Uganda and Public Interest Law Clinic Makerere University and currently the Alliance of Women Advocating for Change doing community work for marginalized groups with multiple and intersecting vulnerabilities in Uganda. Lucia is a lawyer and the youngest World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts Africa Region Vice Chairperson - a role she cherishes as it allows her to work with and inspire young women in over 30 member countries in Africa through organizing and leading digital programs and trainings targeted at enabling young women and girls to thrive as well as realise their fullest potential.

She is ecstatic and enthused to explore the infinite possibilities as a WSA Youth Ambassador particularly how young women in Africa can get involved more in digitalization for a better African society. When she is not engrossed in work, she loves to travel, read a good book and engage in scintillating conversation.
