Ludmilla has always believed in the potential of medium-sized cities as a path to innovation and sustainable development. In 2025, she was selected as a fellow by Vital Voices, an organization founded by Hillary Clinton and Madeleine Albright. She is creative by nature, with globally and nationally recognized work in the areas of creative economy, impact, and culture. She directed two music videos for the Brazilian band Charlie Brown Jr. and co-created the Alpha Beat Cancer app for the NGO Beaba, which won WSA 2018. She is the current CEO of Juicyhub, an impact hub focused on hyperlocal journalism and social innovation with a focus on SDGs 8, 5, and 4. In 2001, she co-founded the Mkt Virtual Group. She is part of the EY Winning Women (Brazil), SW50 (London), GWIM (USA), and Vital Voices (USA) networks. In 2024, Juicyhub was featured in Forbes International's article "Catalyzing Change: How Juicyhub Is Fostering Local Innovation in Brazil." It works to promote economic diversification and power structures, primarily to benefit youth and women.
