Accessibility advocate, innovation support and management professional with over 20 years of experience in managing large-scale and cross-functional operations and projects in multiple industries, especially in higher education. Areas of expertise include business development, startups support, supply chain, finance and system analysis and design. Skilled at re-engineering business functions and processes into cohesive and high-performing business models and at driving collaborations. Maha enjoyed working in multinational environments and successfully managing cross-border outreach, engagements and operations.

 

After her bachelor’s degree in Business, Maha acquired her MBA degree (Master’s of Business Administration) specializing in Operations and Information Management from the American University of Beirut (AUB) in 2004. Her professional experience expands across diverse functions and international engagements starting at SMLC PepsiCo then Schneider Electric, to land eventually at AUB where she currently is the Associate Director of the Talal and Madiha Zein AUB Innovation Park.

 

Maha is also the founder of the digital accessibility initiative ABLE (Accessibility for a Bolder Learning Experience) and is working now as the focal point for digital accessibility at AUB while progressing in establishing a sustainable capacity internally and on the national level.
