Michael Terler is a University Professor in Innovation Management at CAMPUS 02 University of Applied Sciences in Graz, Austria. After his studies in Mechanical Engineering, Michael founded his own company and worked as a process management consultant. He earned his PhD at the University of Leoben (Montanuniversität Leoben), exploring the subject of customer satisfaction in depth. He is focused on systematic business innovations and has done many projects with the industry e.g. building pictures of the future for different branches, creating product and business strategies etc. Now Michael is responsible for the Master Degree Programme in Innovation Management in Graz.
