Passionate about girl-child education, social justice, climate resilience, youth empowerment, and peace, Mubarak's leadership shone in the PACE project by the Population Reference Bureau. He supported pivotal legislation like the Violence Against Persons Prohibition (2015) and Child Protection Bill (2018) in Kano state, employing his aptitude for policy advocacy and community outreach.
