Mujibor de Graaf has been building an internet company since 1997 that quickly evolved from building dynamic web applications to what the company is today: a leading provider of SaaS intranet software and SaaS Learning Management Software (LMS), with offices in Amsterdam, Cologne, Munich, and Dhaka. The customer base is primarily spread across Europe.

In addition to successfully running his company, Mujibor also lends a helping hand to others in establishing their own businesses. Furthermore, he is dedicated to assisting Bengali farmers in exporting their products to Europe. As a board member, he is a driving force behind the co-working space in his hometown and provides assistance to adopted Bengali individuals in the Netherlands in reuniting with their family members.
