Nafsika Diamantopoulou is the Programmes & Operations Associate at Orange Grove and SDG House Greece, where she facilitates the coordination and delivery of entrepreneurship programmes and sustainability initiatives. She is involved in the planning and coordination of the entrepreneurship programmes, the management of internal systems and handles the communication with participants and mentors. Her work also spans across event organization, marketing support, website management and monitoring the progress of startups and entrepreneurs.

She has previously worked as a Student Consultant at Erasmus Tech Consulting, supporting tech start- and scale-ups on projects involving virtual reality for senior citizens and a recruitment platform for university associations. She was also Social Media Manager & Event Organizer for the Charity Committee at Erasmus University College, leading fundraising events, coordinating volunteering efforts, and managing content creation and event promotion for social media.

Nafsika holds a Bachelor’s degree from Erasmus University College, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Influencing People: The Psychology of Decisions and Persuasion.
