Neda Amidi works closely with global teams to invest in the best new technologies driving innovation, help entrepreneurs execute their ideas, and build an inclusive workplace culture.

Neda served as the Global Head of Health at Plug and Play. She led investments in digital health and biotech companies–most notably Visby and Owkin, which recently reached unicorn status–while securing and managing global partnerships with Roche, Cleveland Clinic, Novartis, and Johnson & Johnson.

In 2020, Neda led the organization of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiative to create an open dialogue and shed light on issues impacting the community. She strives to put an emphasis on building an inclusive culture through diversity initiatives, internal training, and public events to elevate all communities, founders, and teammates.
