Nicole is responsible for the strategic partnerships related to social innovation between ERSTE foundation, its core partners, Erste bank and further important actors and networks. Furthermore, she heads the charitable association BeeTwo, which co-creates digital solutions with social impact by running an innovation process with non-profit organization and supports participants in building up competences related to innovation and digitalization. Nicole strives at combining the best of all worlds in order to support the social entrepreneurship ecosystem and to build a basis for impactful impulses benefitting civil society in the CEE region. Before joining Erste Group, Nicole co-founded and co-led the NGO Academy that has developed to the most comprehensive capacity building institution for civil society organisations in the CEE region.
 
She took her first steps into the social entrepreneurship field while co-heading the Social Impact Award in its very beginning from 2010 to 2012.
