Ofelia is an advisor for the Digital Transformation Centre Mexico and the German-Mexican Digital Dialogue in Mexico City funded by the German government. She is half German half Mexican and she has round about five years of experience working in management and government consulting with the focus on digital transformation, project and portfolio management. She is especially passionate about making digital transformation accessible to a wider range of public, looking at government and citizen engagement and inclusion and empowerment. She believes that there is no sustainable digital transformation without inclusion and empowerment. This is a complex journey where we need to think inclusive and create dialogues between different nations and sectors.
