Richard Fekete is a graduate of the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Arts at Comenius University Bratislava.

In the past he worked in several advertising and PR agencies, he has also been involved in start-up economics and his own business, but he has long been involved in the non-profit sector.

Today, he works as senior specialist for the non-profit sector and social enterprises at the Slovenská sporiteľňa (Erste Bank Group) and is also the chairman of the non-profit organization The Academy of Social Economy, which was established as a joint project of the Green Foundation, the Foundation of Slovenská sporiteľňa and dep. of social banking of the Slovenská sporiteľňa in 2019.
